How to Return or Exchange Merchandise
Standard Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of unworn A.ROSE merchandise for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please note: The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
● Gift cards
● Sale items marked as final sale
To ensure your return is processed, all merchandise must be in its original condition:
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags attached.
● Bottoms should be tried on over undergarments.
● Items showing signs of makeup, deodorant, stains, animal hair, perfume, or damage
from improper care may be refused.
A.ROSE reserves the right to determine whether returned items are in resalable condition. Non-compliant items will not be returned to the customer and will be responsibly discarded.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
We make returns easy! Visit our returns portal to begin. Here's how:
1. Enter your order number and the email or shipping zip code associated with the order.
2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange and follow the prompts.
Once you complete the process, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.
● Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
● Keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.
If you choose to use a different shipping method at your own cost, we recommend using a trackable option. Unfortunately, A.ROSE cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to your original form of payment, excluding shipping fees. You’ll receive email confirmation once your return is complete.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at
hello@arosesilks.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items subjected to misuse or improper care are not covered.
Gift Returns
Want to return a gift? We’ve got you covered.
1. Visit our gift return portal and provide the order number and the associated email or shipping zip code.
2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange. You can opt for an exchange or receive store credit for future use.
Once your return is initiated, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Simply drop off your package at a shipping location and retain the tracking number for your records. You’ll receive confirmation when your return has been processed.
Note: We only accept returns for items purchased directly from arosesilks.com. Items purchased from third-party retailers or boutiques must be returned to their original point of sale.
